The us shipping situation
We've currently disabled shopping from the United States of America due to new import regulations.
These regulations cause an enormous increase in shipping cost, delivery time and add tariffs for all products.
Because there is currently no way to automatically account for all these variables in shopify's checkout, we've temporarily disabled it for US customers.
You can still place an order through our contact form. Before doing so, please make sure to review the detailed background and pricing information below.

the US Shipping situation
Hey there,
Over the past few weeks, we've received numerous inquiries from you regarding shipping to the United States. Unfortunately, at this time, purchases from and shipments to the US are not possible. Here's why:
On August 29, 2025, the US presidents Executive Order SUSPENDING DUTY-FREE DE MINIMIS TREATMENT FOR ALL COUNTRIES came into effect. This order eliminated the duty-free threshold for shipments valued under $800. As a result, all shipments now require full customs documentation, and import duties are applied to all goods.
Until now, we've handled international shipping via DHL. However, due to the current situation, DHL has completely suspended parcel shipments to the US. The only remaining options are courier services like UPS, FedEx, etc. — but their costs are significantly higher.
We have no choice but to pass on the increased shipping costs to our customers. Import duties (estimated at around 15%) are charged by US Customs and must also be paid by the recipient. Here's the current cost breakdown:
Product price, e.g. OFLAIN V2 smartphone bag: 97 €
Shipping, e.g. DHL Express: 85 €
Import duty, appr. 15 %: 15 €
Actual cost: 197 €
Please also note that we do not know the exact import duty in advance, as it is determined by customs.
If you still wish to place an order from the US, please send us a message via our contact form. However, due to the complexity of the new procedures, shipping and delivery times may be
significantly longer.
