Shipping policy

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

 

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Island, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Norwegen, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, Schweitz, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn, Zypern.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

 

Shipping costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

 

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:

• standard shipping - free
• express shipping up to 2 kg - 15,00 €

 

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

 

European Union:

• parcel shipping up to 2kg (envelope), no tracking -  6,49 €
• parcel shipping up to 2kg (in Designbox), with tracking - 14,49 €
• parcel shipping up to 2kg (in Designbox), no tracking - 10,49 €
• parcel shipping up to 5kg (in Designbox), with tracking - 16,49 €

 

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway:

• parcel shipping up to 2 kg (in envelope) , no tracking - 8,99 €
• parcel shipping up to 2 kg (in Designbox) , no tracking - 15,49 €
• parcel shipping up to 5 kg (in Designbox), with tracking - 26,99 €

 

USA:

• parcel shipping up to 2 kg (in Designbox) , with tracking - 22,49 €

 

Delivery periods

 

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
