The following terms and conditions apply:

We are giving away one special edition OFLAIN V2 cell phone bag with a distinctive kufiya strap.

The participation period is from October 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to October 26, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CEST.

To participate, you must

• follow our account @urbnprvcy on Instagram
• Like and comment the post launching the giveaway

To participate in the giveway, you must be a private citizen and at least 18 years of age. You must also have a place of residence or a delivery address within the EU.

Each person may only participate once. Multiple entries will result in exclusion from the giveaway.

We reserve the right to exclude individuals from the competition, particularly if they provide false information or engage in other forms of manipulation. We also reserve the right to exclude individuals from the competition and report them if they violate Instagram's community guidelines.

The winner will be determined by random draw. Only entries submitted within the participation period will be considered for the random draw.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice and without participants being able to assert any claims.

The winner will be announced within 3 days after the end of the contest in the comments section of the post in which the giveaway was launched.

The prize will be sent by us to the winner by mail after prior submission of the address. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being announced, the prize claim will be forfeited. In this case, we reserve the right to determine a new winner from the remaining comments using the procedure described above.

Upon dispatch, the risk of the prize being damaged or lost is transferred to the winner. No inquiries will be made if the prize cannot be delivered.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining conditions.

Privacy Policy

1. Processing of personal data

When you participate, we collect your data (name, contact details, email address) only to the extent you provide it, in order to conduct the competition.

The processing is carried out with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time without affecting the processing that has taken place up to that point. Your data will then be deleted.

If you win, we will pass on your data to a shipping company. Your data will not be passed on to any other third parties.

If you win, you consent to the publication of your profile or name on Instagram to announce the winner(s). Processing is carried out with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can revoke at any time. Your data will then be deleted.

2. Storage period

We only store your data for as long as is necessary to conduct the competition.
After that, it will be deleted after three months at the latest, unless you have consented to further use or we have a legitimate interest in storing it.

3. Rights of data subjects

According to Articles 15–21 of the GDPR, you have the following rights: information,
correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection, in particular to processing under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR or for direct marketing.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that your data is not being processed lawfully.

Right to object

If we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, you may object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. After your objection, we will stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that outweigh your interests or the processing serves the purpose of legal defense.
