As soon as someone takes your photo, their camera automatically picks up the QR code on your back – most smartphones have the scanner built right into the camera app. Instantly, the message „NO PHOTOS PLS" pops up on their screen.
Clicking the link opens a web app that mimics a camera interface. Instead of your face, they see an interactive filter with the message: „F** OFF".
One more click leads to info on image rights and deep fakes – an invitation to engage with the topic, instead of just snapping away.
